Overview

In this report we highlight opportunities for wearable DHTs to provide a patient-centric measure for use in clinical research. This information is driven by the patient-reported experiences in the Voice of the Patient Report associated with the FDA’s Patient-Focused Drug Development initiative.

We hope this information facilitates the consideration of digital measures as clinical development teams plan and execute their clinical trials.

This Narcolepsy Digital Measure Report includes:

• Summary of the most significant symptoms reported by patients with Narcolepsy and how these symptoms manifest in patients’ everyday lives
• Identified meaningful aspects of health based on the symptoms described
• Descriptions of candidate digital measures that can collect relevant data to provide clinical insights that are meaningful to patients with Narcolepsy
